Another great event in Vištuk! Along with teachers, students, their parents and our future neighbors we gathered at the football field to celebrate our first anniversary with a football match between LEAF Academy Football Club and a team from Vištuk.

Visiting the campus site

Before we started cheering for our teams and the first goals were scored, our students had walked up to the field – our future campus site. For some teachers and students, it was a moment when many good memories returned from our big celebration a year back. It was a major milestone for us, when we kicked off our work on our future campus.

Goal!

As the teams started playing, the excitement began to rise, and everyone hoped that their team would win. It was a perfect autumn day for a football match in the beautiful scenery of Vištuk´s countryside. Fans were generating a great atmosphere as they enjoyed delicious meals prepared by locals.

At half time the score was 1:1 and, in the second half, our student Bilguutei scored a corner goal that made our team the winners 2:1.

It was a great match and enjoyable time for the whole community. We are looking forward to more events like this and further football matches in Vištuk.
