Visegrad Youth Entrepreneurial Virtual Program
Visegrad Youth Entrepreneurial Virtual Program is a virtual experience for young people, who are keen to develop their entrepreneurial skills and create a positive impact in their communities. In the three-phase program will take part with up to 50 young people from Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Poland aged 14-17. For the program, we will be looking for young people who are willing to work on their self-development and are able to communicate in English.
The program will consist of three online phases in which each enrolled participant will take part:
December 10 - 12, 2021
The Ideation weekend will be built on Design thinking and we will cover the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, and Listen from the methodology. The aim of the event is to generate the first ideas for projects on which the participants will be working in the next phases of the project. We will create small teams of likely-minded students, who have similar interests and are willing to work together.
January 10, 2022 - March 12, 2022
During the Project quest, the students’ project created during the Ideation weekend will receive mentoring and will be further developed. There will be overall 3 mentoring sessions each month from January to March, each lasting two hours and will be run in small groups. These meetings will serve as a support network for staying focused on the project ideas and receiving peer advice.
April 9, 2022
The 1-day online event will serve as the closing, reflection, and celebration of the whole program. During the event will be presented all the final outcomes from student projects developed during the Ideation Weekend and Project Quest stages, together will all the successes and challenges faced along the way.
